Los premios Mtv VMAs son los más esperados del año y este tuvo de anfitriona a la multifacética Katy Perry.
Si bien no se llevo el premio a la anfitriona del año, supo acoplarse al evento. El gran motivo que hizo eco en la ceremonia de hoy, fue la integridad, donde los artistas se unieron para hacerle frente a la violencia, a la diferencia, al sufrimiento, al suicidio y al bullying.
Dieron un mensaje esperanzador a todas esas personas que se sienten solas y pidieron por la paz y la unión.
El show comenzó a las 9.02 am, de la mano del cantante británico Edward Christopher Sheeran, el compositor despertó nuestros oídos con su voz y guitarra de la mano de ‘Shape of you’ acompañándolo al final Lil Uzi.
Fueron muchas presentaciones en vivo, entre ellas 50STM, Alessia Cara a cara lavada dando un mensaje más que claro, DNCE con ‘Do you think Im sexy’ junto a Rod Steward, Katy Perry, Demi Lovato desde Las Vegas con ‘Sorry not sorry’, pero sin dudas la mejor presentación fue de la menos esperada Pink!, quien nos recordó quién es ella y por qué sigue allí.
La cantante eligió canciones que nos tocaron el alma y nos llevaron hacia 10, 15 años atrás, la creatividad de esta mujer hizo humedecer nuestros ojos al recibir el premio por video de vanguardia por Ellen Degeneres. Nos dió una lección y demostró el amor que le tiene una madre a su hija.
Sin dudas, lo mejor de la noche, diferenciándose de la performance de Lorde, que digamos fue algo rara por lo que se ganó en Twitter el momento más #WTF de la noche.
Estos son los ganadores, al final hay sorpresa… o más bien decepción.
